How To Draw Preston Blair As A Zombie

I am participating in a group show called “Night Of The Living Artist” at the Chicago Art Department for which the theme was to zombify an artist that has influenced me.

I had to think a bit but in the end it wasn’t that hard to find an artist that really inspired and helped me in my early days. So I’ve created the missing page from the famous “1$ Animation Course” by Preston Blair that explains how to draw him as a zombie.

Doodles Of Robots

So, I’ve finally turned in the application papers for my graduation which means that around the beginning of the next year I will be looking for jobs and other opportunities. My graduation project will consist of designing four or more characters that will be modeled into toy figurines, packaging art and a short comic story for each of these characters. I will be documenting all of this as closely as possible. Here are my first few doodles for the robot character (excuse the bad scans):

9 Panels About Love – Storyboard and Pencils

For today finally the update to the previous post on 9 panels about love. The first image is the storyboard, the second scan shows the pencils on the primed and colored wooden board. The board is roughly 28 cm by 30 cm (12″ x 11″).
