For today finally the update to the previous post on 9 panels about love. The first image is the storyboard, the second scan shows the pencils on the primed and colored wooden board. The board is roughly 28 cm by 30 cm (12″ x 11″).

A few days ago I’ve been blogged by the kind and awesome Jenn Porreca and the Raw Art Blog mentioning my previous contributions to the first Heavy Hitterz exhibition at the AgeSong Gallery in San Francisco… Here is a little shot of my painting for the upcoming Heavy Hitterz in Manila. As you can see I am using a bit of Photoshop for planning my next steps into the painting.

It’s been a while since I’ve shown you anything regarding the comic I am currently working on. As hinted in the comments and elsewhere I’ve spent some considerable time on reworking the story. At the moment I am focusing on the inking and hopefully I can progress to the coloring stage soon. Here is a peek into page 3 of the current state of the story. Inked but not colored and the dialogue is not present either, yet.
