Is everybody a designer? A question that many would have denied in the middle of 20th century. Yet a hundred years later the fusion of the digital and analogue has completely reversed the outlook on this topic. Though designers and artists were the first to realize these changes it really became apparent when the first neuro-network-simulation interfaces were commercially available that not only everybody could be an artist if they felt like it but also a surgeon, a judge or a farmer. It wasn’t a question of certificates but a question of expertise.

If there is one fact that humans know but love to ignore at the same time is their tendency to make errors and irrational decisions. Which is a reason that many institutions such as insurance agencies, banks or even logistic companies are being run by self-conscious digital intelligences instead.

As people came to realize that humans were not able to exist without their bodies they started to doubt the socratic thesis of the separation of body and mind.

Early experiments have shown that most humans are not able to live entirely without their bodies. Most test subjects either went insane or completely lost their sense of indivuality.
